Today at my Weight Watchers Meeting, the leader was talking about how to give in to indulging once in a while. She said that the whole time she was losing 80 pounds on Weight Watchers, she and her friend after their Tuesday night meeting went out to dinner and ate whatever they were craving. They didn’t worry about the “points” or writing anything down, or eating half, or sharing entrees. They just did it, and moved on. Then they never felt like they were being deprived of anything. We talked about things we loved and what we missed when trying to lose weight. Her message and what I am going to do this time around is eat the foods that I love, but make them healthier. There was this recipe in our week 7 Weight Watchers booklet for baked S’mores. I made them tonight for my family and they loved them! The best part is they were only 110 calories each. For 2 marshmallows, it was 45 calories, and for 1 graham cracker sheet, it was only 65 calories. I only added 5 chocolate chips! To make these, just break apart a graham cracker sheet into two. Place 2 marshmallows on one half of the graham cracker and the 5 chocolate chips and place the other half of the graham cracker on top. I baked it at 350 for about 5 minutes. It tasted just like you were to make it over the grill!! I will definitely make these again!!
