Last week my family went to my nieces gelato store which just opened a few weeks ago. It’s all very exciting, she’s worked so hard at it, and her dream of opening her own shop has come true!

We discovered gelato when we were in Maui last year – omg, it is the BOMB!!! This is so exciting – hope your niece’s store does well. Um, coconut gelato – yes…goat cheese gelato – now that’s weird. Did you try it?

Oh, wow… gelato appears at times to be rather underrated in the US, but a new shop opening is so encouraging to see! The flavors look fun and original, yet a few classics remain. Nicely done; may her shop be a resounding success – M. G.
