I have a new favorite cereal, and it comes from Trader Joe’s
Organic Morning Lite Cereal
I had a bowl of this morning, with 1 serving of Trader Joe’s High fiber cereal
So, this was my breakfast with 1 cup of fresh blueberries and 1 small banana + 1 cup o f skim milk. 7.5 points, but kept me full until lunch!
Now, on to my lunch!
4 oz. chicken breast, sugar snap peas drizzled with Paul Newman’s honey mustard dressing, spaghetti squash with a little butter and 2 tsp. parmesan cheese. This took me a LONG time to eat. BUT, so good! And only 6 points!
Still full all afternoon from lunch, so no snack. Dinner was quick and easy! I cooked up some chicken breasts, made Trader Joe’s pot stickers, Trader Joe’s fried rice, and green beans and sugar snap peas drizzled with Classic Stir Fry Sauce! This whole plate is only 8.5 points!
So, its been almost a week counting points and keeping track on line. I really like it! First weigh in Friday!
Your cereals look really good! I love to have my breakfast with a healthy bowl or cereal and fruits
