I’ve had this breakfast the last 2 days: 2/3 cup granola, 1/2 cup of skim milk, 1 small banana and 1 cup of fresh blueberries and both days I was not hungry even when it was lunch time. So, I am trying it out for a week. I figure if it keeps me fuller longer, then I won’t go crazy at lunch time because I am not starving and I won’t eat as much at lunch. So, if you find that even after a good breakfast you are hungry mid-morning, try something else until you find something that will keep you happy and satisfied. I’m glad I brought granola back into my eating plan because I love it, maybe you will like it too!
