I make mac and cheese a few times a month. It’s my go-to meal when I don’t know what to make or want to make something easy. And there are usually leftovers to take to work for my lunches!
I ended up sprinkling a few ounces of Romano cheese on top, it was delish!
I never get tired of macaroni and cheese!
How many of you are night time eaters??
I am! But I have been replacing chips, or crackers with more healthier choices. And I find that its working. Last night I wasn’t even hungry but I just wanted to have a little something. So I decided to cut up and apple.
I took out some peanut butter and actually weighed 1 tablespoon. (I was curious because I dished out what I thought was 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and it was almost 3 tablespoons!)
Then I added 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips and melted that in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Just stir until combined.
I dipped my apple in that and it really hit the spot and not a lot of points either!
I HAVE to have a snack after dinner! I’m a mini meal girl so if I don’t have a snack or two then I either wake up hungry or I’m starving when I wake up for good. I love the mini CC + PB combo 🙂

I’m not a night time eater at all. Once in a blue moon dinner won’t tie me over, but I usually just have a little bowl of cereal or something and it ties me over.
I like the apple snack, too! Try sunflower butter (they sell it at Trader Joe’s) with apple slices – it’s out of this world!

I am a sucker for mac and cheese too. I loove to munch on apples for a nite time snack – adding choco chips to the pb is a killer idea. I thought that was caramel for a quick sec! mmm
