So excited to share Weight Watcher Food Finds at Costco! Points are also included!
Over the years I’ve been part of many conversations in WW groups online about where to buy certain products at various stores. I thought I would share some Costo food choices if you want to eat healthier – or are on WW like me. Costco is so huge – it’s super intimidating to walk around trying to find foods that you like that will fit your healthy eating plan – I hope this helps!
Costco Food Finds!
In no particular order:
Kirkland Protein Bars – 4 points each!
Kirkland Oven Roasted Turkey Breast – 0 points!
Turkey breast – great in wraps, on sandwiches, I like to roll up a few slices for a snack plate with fruit, a few nuts, and a slice of string cheese for a low point snack.
Muscle Milk Protein Shakes – 2 points
You can use Mucle Milk by itself, add to a smoothie, to oatmeal, in cereal, etc.
Fage Fat Free Greek Yogurt – 0 points!
Yogurt is something I eat almost every day . I buy it plain, and here is how I sweeten it:
1 tablepsoon sugar free pudding powder, stir well.
A few tablespoons of sugar free syrup
A few tablespoons of PB2 peanut butter powder with fresh fruit
Mixed Berries – Frozen – 0 points! (unless you are on the diabetic plan)
I love frozen berries on yogurt, on vanilla icecream, for smoothies, add to oats, cereal, etc.
Stryve Beef Jerky – 2 points per serving
These are great for car rides, as a snack while making dinner, or keep with you when you are on the go and get hungry to tied you over until your next meal.
Chicken Tortilla Soup (in the refrigerated section) 1 point per cup; 2 points for 2 cups; 3 cups for 3 points!
Even though I love cooking, I sometimes love having a meal where all I have to do is heat it in the microwave and lunch or dinner is served!
Serve with some crackers, or add toppings like cheese, avocado, crushed tortillas chips, sour cream (just count extra for those points).
Check out my homemade chicken tortilla soup recipe!
La Tortilla Factory Low Carb flour tortillas – 2 points each
Huge fan of these tortillas – they are soft – great for wraps, I love making breakfast burritos, tacos.
Bibigo Sticky Fried Rice – 1 bowl is 9 points – but if you pair it with lots of vegetables and a lean protein – this is the base of a pretty epic meal!
Bibigo mini wontons – 13 for 6 points!!
Who doesnt love won tons? I am a HUGE fan – I add them to stir fry’s, have them for a snack with soy sauce, add to soups. You definitely want to have these on hand in your freezer! Check out my recipe for homemade won ton pillows.
Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Crunch Keto Cereal – 1/2 cup is 2 points – 1 cup is 6 points
This cereal is so good! I am not a fan of cereal that gives you a small portion – eating a cup and adding lots of fruit is a great and quick breakfast idea when you are running low on time. Also great on yogurt too!
Cedarlane Chopped Vegetable and Barley Soup
Another great option to add to a lunch or dinner – 1 cup is 2 points – 2 cups is only 3 points on WW.
AmyLu Foods Chicken Breakfast sausages. 3 links for 3 points
These are also freezable – so you don’t have to worry about buying a large package and having it go bad before you can eat it all!
Veggies Made Great – lots of products here – protein bites, muffins
Depending on the flavor – the muffins are 2 – 3 points each. Not bad! Click here for all the flavors available at COSTCO.
Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Chunks. I eat these pretty much every week! 1 serving is 4 points – if you are really hungry 2 servings is 8 points – serve with a side salad, and some fruit and that’s a great meal!
Fire Roasted Vegetable Melange – 1 point per serving – Found in the freezer section – this is a mix of brussels srouts, mushrooms, red onions, red and yellow bell peppers, tossed in extra virgin olive oil, black peppercorns, fire roasted to perfection.
You can serve this with chicken sausage and new potatoes, add chicken and make chicken and vegetable tacos. Add on top of rice with a protein on the side – lots of options!
Joseph’s lavash – one huge flatbread is 2 points!! You can use is for a wrap, burrito, cut it into squares and air fry for crackers, use it as the base of pizza – lots of options!
Tyson’s panko crusted tenderloins – 6 points each
This is another quick meal idea – throw some of these tenders in the oven or air fryer with Ore Ida frozen fast food fries and serve with a salad and fruit – tasty meal!
Fra’Mani – Chicken Marsala – One 5oz serving is only 1 point!
Heat and serve – ready in under 10 minutes – serve over rice or noodles!
Jones Chicken Breakfast Sausages – 5 links for 3 points!
Breakfast sausages are always great to have on hand to microwave – or heat in the skillet for a few minutes to warm through. I also love putting these in breakfast burritos. I chop up the sausages and add the to cooked scrambled eggs, cheese, peppers and onions for a pretty awesome breakfast burrito!
Don’t miss in the freezer section – salmon, frozen tilapia, mahi mahi, shrimp and salmon – all great low point options.
647 Italian Bread – 1 point per slice
Using this bread for garlic bread, a sandwich, grilled cheese, cut a few slices up and bake for croutons for salad – so good!
This is just a handful of ideas – of course there are many more I haven’t mentioned here. I would love if you left a comment of what are your staples at Costco so we can all learn!
If you aren’t following me on Instagram – please do! I post recipe ideas daily. @jenncooks
Thanks for sharing! I received a Costco gift card for Christmas and these are some great things to ponder when I venture out there. I am already a big fan of the Just Bare Chicken Bites and the Mini Wontons. While I don’t have a membership, the gift card gives me a chance to check things out. Thanks again!
You are so welcome Nancy! That’s great you can use your gift card – I could spend hours in that store – LOL!
AmyLu also makes delicious chicken burgers. They’re sold in a package of 8. I bought Caramelized Onion & Gouda. 5 WW points each & really good!! I agree the Vegetable Melange is fantastic.
I forgot about the chicken burgers – I’ve only tried those once – nice to have in the freezer!
Great finds! Thanks for sharing. I am adding these to my shopping list.
Thanks so much Kassy!
Awesome Kassy!
Had no idea on some of these products! I always feel overwhelmed shopping at Costco.. Definitely screenshot some of the items.. I’ll be on the lookout
So true! There are a million choices to make – no one has time to look at everything – LOL!
I don’t have Costco but I’ll look for some of these items at Sam’s Club. And, why have I never thought to look for Jones sausage at Sam’s!
Thanks for “pointing” things out Jenn. Lol
I will be doing a Sam’s Club one soon – so I’ll let you know when I do.
Great list with some new finds for me!! I love the Amylu Apple & Gouda sausages, 1 sausage = 3 points. Super easy and I throw them on a sheet pan with my veggies.
Thanks Kelly! I actually haven’t tried the Apple and Gouda flavor – putting that on my list!
I frequently buy the andouille and Italian sauage flavor
Love your picks! Gave me some great ideas. Thanks.
I also love simply protein bars! Only 2 or 3 points depending on the flavors.
Thanks Susan – I will look for the Simply Protein Bars!
Love this, some great finds!
Thanks so much Kristen!!
