How to make Homemade super crispy fried chicken tenders!

This is super easy to make - and your whole family will love it!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk *or milk of choice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Instructions
 

  • First you want to slice the chicken breasts into strips. Place in a large Ziploc bag.
  • Add the milk of your choice to cover the chicken. This helps the flour and bread crumbs stick.
  • In another large Ziploc bag, add the dry ingredients
  • Take 4-5 chicken strips from the bag and place it in the other bag that has the dry ingredients. Zip the bag and shake until coated.
  • In a large skillet or cast iron pan, fill it with Canola oil about 2-3 inches. Heat the oil for several minutes.
  • Once the oil is hot, place the coated chicken tenders in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Keep repeating with the rest of the chicken, cooking in batches until it's done.
