Cuisine American
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk *or milk of choice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
First you want to slice the chicken breasts into strips. Place in a large Ziploc bag.
Add the milk of your choice to cover the chicken. This helps the flour and bread crumbs stick.
In another large Ziploc bag, add the dry ingredients
Take 4-5 chicken strips from the bag and place it in the other bag that has the dry ingredients. Zip the bag and shake until coated.
In a large skillet or cast iron pan, fill it with Canola oil about 2-3 inches. Heat the oil for several minutes.
Once the oil is hot, place the coated chicken tenders in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 4 minutes.
Keep repeating with the rest of the chicken, cooking in batches until it's done.
