Premier Protein French Toast
Use your favorite bread- I happened to use a low carb bread - but adjust the points as necessary

- 1/2 bottle Premier Protein (I used caramel flavor)
- 2 slices Healthy Life low carb bread
In a shallow bowl, add the premier protein drink. Dip each slice into the batter and it will absorb most of the premier protein drink.
Cook on low/medium heat in a skillet coated with cooking spray about 3 minutes a side.
On the side I added Siggi's yogurt with frozen blueberries!
This whole plate is only 2 points!
