Premier Protein French Toast

Use your favorite bread- I happened to use a low carb bread - but adjust the points as necessary

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bottle Premier Protein (I used caramel flavor)
  • 2 slices Healthy Life low carb bread

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, add the premier protein drink. Dip each slice into the batter and it will absorb most of the premier protein drink.
  • Cook on low/medium heat in a skillet coated with cooking spray about 3 minutes a side.

Notes

On the side I added Siggi's yogurt with frozen blueberries!
